The issue in GetHuman-rerehond's own words
ON AUGUST **,**** A Representative from Comcast came to my home unannounced and violated my privacy by discussing my personal information with someone who was in my home doing work . I contacted Comcast the day it happened and was told the issue would be sent to upper management and an internal investigation will be done ..A month went by I didn't hear anything back from anyone regarding my complaint . I called and the reps that I spoke with were only interested in past due amount . I called to cancel and was refused by a rep and a supervisor after being on hold for ** minutes , I was told here is nothing that can be done until the amount has been paid . This is the worst service ever. I will take this further if I need to per no one she be embarrassed or humiliated by anyone
