In ****,and in **** there are periods of program interruptions. A printing on the screen notifies me that my XFINITY Box requires rebooting. When I have watched station **, MSNBC or other stations, occasionally the audio ceases and rebooting is necessary. ** In the past there have been short times when wide lines have appeared on the screen. These distort and block faces and video. In viewing and listening to news when this audio and visual interruption occurs, there is a loss of important statements and information.** * Do you recommend a new XFINITY Box or do you recommend that we purchase a new Television? Would either of these changes solve the blocked video viewing or improve the auditory reception which is sometimes lost? Frequent rebooting is frustrating.**Thank you,******@***.com*******@***.com
