I can’t access your website for the past * days. I need to pay my bill and check voice mail. I’ve tried to access your site from iPhone, iPad, MacBookpro, using Comcast app and safari browser. I tried to get help from chat, but the chat was terminated abruptly without solving the issue. For $****mo, your service is not acceptable

I was unable to log in to Xfinity website on iPhone, iPad, or MacBookPro. The agent suggested there might be a problem with IOS devices, resulting from recent software update. I happened to have my work computer at home (non IOS) so I confirmed this theory by logging on to the website with that computer. I noticed that there was another round of IOS software updates, and it appears that these updates fixed the problem.
