Hi I want to be a potential Comcast customer but I am being told it would cost ME $**** to run the cable from the adjacent road to my house. This is absurd! I live at *** rte *** in Bridgeton and the cable is there for all but only about a mile of the road is no cable all the other houses have it available. Doesn't make sense that even one more customer would make a difference for your company that wants service. I just assume you don't want my business. I am a customer service rep and even one more customer to me makes it more profitable to the company I work for. I was told by your service rep to call back in * months. Crazy...I may still have a open ticket there it's ******* if you need to look at it, however after the surveyor came out it may be closed. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
