When I signed up for Comcast, I got a $*.** per month iPad deal where they send me a new iPad and i pay for it monthly. When I upgraded my internet speed, the agent must have done something incorrectly because I still have the requisite services to remain on the iPad payment plan but they billed me $*** all at once for it. I want the $*** charge removed and the payment plan reinstated. I have tried chatting in to their customer service but I get the run-around.
