To whom it may concern**I received a message that my email has been compromised about ** days ago. **I have done everything I've been assigned to do to reset my password for a week now. *Nothing has been successful. **Everytime I talk to a representative I get disconnected mid conversation, and wait time to speak to someone is ** minutes. **For a giant company like Comcast, I am flabbergasted by the incompetent customer service.**I was told to get a friend to give her consent to transfer my email to her account. She has tried for * days now to get this done. *She also gets disconnected mid conversation and every time she calls she has to wait ** min. **If this is cannot be resolved in a timely manner I will contact my attorney to handle this matter, as I need my emails for my business purposes. **Please contact me ASAP *I have only email with comcast since I moved to Holland last year.*My phone number is *************Email is *****@***.com**You can also contact my friend Vivian, who's willing to transfer my account to hers as per comcast advice, in the US at (***) ***-******Marianne Rothmann
