Hi, we have our account on seasonal hold, but are not able to access our nest thermostat due to being offline. We were told when we put the seasonal hold on that we should still be able to access our thermostat. * Here is a copy of the info from your site regarding seasonal hold and smart device access: Can I access my smart home devices while I’m away? Now you can stay connected and control devices like a smart thermostat or security cameras from afar with Seasonal Xfinity Internet Access.
GetHuman-denildon did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
