I had a service call last week because of slow internet and sometimes the internet would drop out which could only be remedied by rebooting. Since I have a security system, that would drop out too. The service call was suggested by the customer service rep I spoke to earlier in the week. *So, the technician examined the cable connections both inside and outside the house and re-did most of them. He got the speed up to a reasonable number. No equipment was replaced. *I just saw on my bill that I was charged $** for the service call. I don't believe that is correct as this was a signal loss problem that I believe is now connected. There was no problems with the router, ad all else is Comcast property. *I am not sure what he reported back as the issue, but I don't believe this charge is appropriate. Please check and reverse it out.*Thank You,*George Graham
