I gave you detailed information several times, several days ago and have not been contacted by a local supintendant as promised. In a nutshell, the cable is coming up out of the ground, and I am not just hanging around the house to wait FOR NOTHING! You have my address, *** Chelsea Drive, Greensburg, PA *****. *FIX the problem. It all started with the subcontractors poor instalation. they already destroyed my driveway, and the cable is supposed to be *-* inches below ground, not on top!!!!
GetHuman2886059 did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
