The issue in GetHuman-kpblock's own words
On **** I was on the phone with Comcast for * hours and still did not get account fixed.I talked to ** people and still nothing.They were suppose to call me back after * yesterday.Nothing.I just wanted to switch and maybe upgrade my service.I was paying **.** until March and then ***.**.When I sign up the salesperson didnt tell me this after I signed the contract in ****.So I called to see if I could get a cheaper plan.I talked to Selena from customer supprt and she said there a is a plan but * channels are not including.She told me the channels and I said that is fine.I agree with that.Well she did not tell me that TV LAND was the other one.I called her on * ***.So I called yesterday and for * hours I did not get anywhere wirh my account.I just want to get My Account fixed.I spend * hours and talked to ** people and a Supervisor just to change my account.I have your business over ** years.I might have to go to anothet company.I am so disgusted that nobody called me back to discuss my account.I got a **.** credit but that not half of the problem with my account.If I said that I wanted to do a survey after the conversation I would not put good words for Comcast.Please free to call me Nancy Gray ***-***-****
