Comcast broke a large flagstone paver, left a huge mess by the cable box and broke our sprinkler line during installation in the fall. They fixed the mess and were supposed to leave the ticket open and fix the sprinkler line in the spring when we called. I called Sat. and they say there’s no record. Another ticket was created and a supervisor was supposed to call...* days ago...no call! Just called and was told no record of the new ticket! Really disappointed with the customer service! Guess social media and better business bureau is next.
