I signed up to move my business service to a new location as our building was bought and we we had to move office. The new location which is in the middle of Buckhead Atlanta had no Comcast service to offer and told us after we signed the move migration docs. I was told by Cecila Stubbs that because Comcast couldn't provide service that the original business contract would be cancelled for no charges. I followed up with her for many weeks after and have all correspondence that she never responded to. Only recently I found out that my company was sent for collection in this matter. I have called and left many messages and emails for Ms. Stubbs with no reply. This is not good customer service or support. I am filing complaints to the BBB as well as the FCC in hopes that this doesn't happen to someone else. We were lied to and then no one from Comcast had the decency to return any calls or messages. Small business needs providers who can be relied upon not lied to. Comcast cared only that we signed up for new service, yet failed to mention that it does not cover* It was apparently a shock to Comcast that they do not cover this area as it is in the middle of Atlanta. I can still go online now and request service for this area and it says that you provide it, so nothing has changed to keep this from happening to another small woman owned business. Bess Mclean
