We are starting a new medical practice. We signed up for Comcast business phone service in early February, but they have not been able to get the phone at the business to work. Because they have been unable to get the phone to work despite several visits from technicians, etc, we have been trying to cancel the service for over a month. Each time we call they tell us we need to talk to a supervisor to get approval to waive the cancellation charges and that a supervisor will call us in the next ** hours. No supervisor has ever returned our call. We are now about to open and still don't have a working phone to allow patients to call and schedule appointments.**We want:***. All comcast services (phone, TV, internet - none of which have been used) cancelled and the number (***-***-****) released so we can port it to our new service provider. This is now extremely urgent (but wouldn't have been if a supervisor had ever returned our call).***.
