Long issue dealing with your distribution of my PPI, being jacked around to multiple offices, not refunding my credit amount, and now charging me for equipment that I was told to leave in Dec by COMCAST! I do not intent to pay you for equipment that was handled as directed and evidently is not that important to you because today * March I received a letter from you *** days after I have my service terminated. One of your customer service people today told me that I needed to go *** miles to DC to my old apartment nd return the equipment that COMCAST installed and maintained. Stupid. I had been a COMCAST customer for over a decade and the TV*internet is first rate, but dealing with your customer service folks is trying to say the least. I want my refund.
