I had an appointment for service on home security system and to connect our upstairs TV. I reserved the time in my schedule, and when your tech came, he said he couldn't do the job because he isn't a home security tech.**Also, I was told the tech would call me to confirm a specific time to reserve for his appointment. No call. **Now I have an appointment on Thursday *-* to take care of these issues. I am extremely disappointed in your service, and I would like to be compensated with a free security camera. Or you can give me a discount on my bill. These kinds of problems are what give your company its poor service reputation. **Contact me right away to tell me what you will do to compensate me.
