I looked at my bill this morning and disappointed when I noticed my bill is continuing increasing. Last February I received a phone call letting me know that the promotion I was under was getting ready to expire. I was told that he could offer me a two year promotion that would save me money. He quoted the amount of **.** (some change) per month. noticed that the bill was going up it was **.?? but i went ahead and paid it. Then this morning I notice my bill was $**.??. I called and was told by the agent Deanna that the price of the modem had been increased and that the taxes had been increased. When I agreed to this promotion on the phone I was never told that the amount would change due to increases to taxes and the modem. If you agree to a promotion that amount should be the same for the entire time you were quoted. If the amount is going to change then it is not a promotion. I have been called several times to switch my internet but I continue to stay with Comcast because of the service and I believe in loyalty. I also noticed on Tom Karinshak web site he quoted " Our customers will always be the most important part of our business. As Executive Vice President of Customer Service, it’s my personal goal to make sure you’re happy with the service we’re providing. We’re working hard every day to make your experience exceptional. IS THIS TRUE OR NOT? Maybe it is time to switch
