Home invasion, system fail. Service man came out. Default in my sensor and my front door didn't sound off at all , which stated everything looks fine and didn't understand why that didn't work. System had also been off line for several hours and didn't understand that. I had call twice before stated that I didn't think that my sensor work, but came out and was told it did. I was told that their manager was to make sure Xfinity legal department will get in touch with me but it has been two weeks and nothing.
