Our cable went out on ******* at * in the afternoon. I contacted the **** number. A technician would be out on monday between noon and two. A text arrived that a technician would be out on Tuesday from * to *. I spoke to at least * different people you check status. Three said that a technician would be out on Monday, others confirmed Tuesday. We have been loyal comcast customers for years. We have never been treated so poorly. Why the confusion? This is unacceptable. Almost all of our neighbors have switched to fios. We remained loyal to comcast. We are now questioning our loyalty if a simple appt cannot be made without error.
