I am having some financial issues at the moment and need to lower my bill. I contacted Comcast via chat as well as customer care. Chat stated their are no deals, customer care only could save me $** a month and that would be reducing my channels. I called the retention department and the only option they give me was adding additional services, which I do not wish to do. I contacted other providers in my area and AT&T is offering internet and TV for $** a month and Metronet is offering both for $**.**. I wanted to give Comcast a chance to provide me some savings before I switch, however no one I spoke with seemed to care to have me as a customer.*Misty Shonkwiler
