We have had little to NO SERVICE for our business telephones and internet from December **th - **th. I need to speak with a service agent as I have left multiple, multiple emails with no response.**We are located at ***** *st Ave NE, SUITE **, Shoreline, WA ****** ***-***-****. **Also, the service repairmen continue to stop on the campus where we are located and notify the School District Office that they are working on the system. However, the School District Office does not use COMCAST or Exfiniti, our business located in Suite ** is the only client of Comcast on this campus. The message must be relayed to your service repair department that they need to step into our office and notify management.**I also need a direct phone * to notify your service department when there are issues as these are occurring on a regular basis this month. We have had little or NO SERVICE * DAYS OUT OF * THIS WEEK.
