The issue in GetHuman-corfroth's own words
a dta was replaced today and i called to have it activated. The first person could not help me and transferred my call. After * hour wait i spoke with a jerry and he tried to activate the dta. He was successful but an issue continued with the new dta that was the reason to I had to replace the old dta. That reason was that the picture was a small picture in the upper left hand side of the screen with "set audio language" notice, not able to change channel or change screen. Then problem was identified as Code ***. Jerry "fixed it" but temporarily. Shortly thereafter the same problem exists. I need a service man to change out a new dta.
GetHuman-corfroth did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
