I am a Comcast subscriber, also a Comcast shareowner, and I*have a problem with my Comcast service that the local Comcast*facility cannot or will not correct. A couple of months ago I*began to have a problem with the TV image freezing which required*unplugging and re-plugging the Comcast equipment and wait while*a reboot occurred. I requested service and the technician determined*that the service cable was not the correct one and would have to be*replaced. A few days later the cable was replaced with a direct run*from my house to the Comcast distribution box across the street,*bypassing the junction box in my yard. It did not cure the problem.*Another technician came to my home and determined that the*connection in the distribution box was not done correctly and*made the necessary change. It did not cure the problem and has*in fact gotten worse. Three days ago I called Comcast once again*and the automated service reported that a problem existed in the *local area and would be corrected by that afternoon. No, it was not*corrected. On Dec * the outtage occurred at least * times *that I am aware of. This problem is much more than an aggravation *as it also disrupts my phone service thereby negating the availability*of *** should I have need to use it. Sitting next the the Comcast*distribution box is also one for Wow and Google Fiber and Google*representatives have been to my home twice touting their service.*If I have endure the hassle of changing service providers to obtain *reliable service I will not be a happy camper. If necessary, I will*submit nuisance shareholder proposals that the Comcast board*will have to address and maybe that will get someone's attention*at comcast.
