This morning, my faster wi-fi network HOME-**DF-* is not recognized by my computer while the slower network, HOME **DF-*.* is recognized. Yesterday the faster network was working just fine. I was on the phone with an agent for approximately ** minutes and she did not resolve the issue so she forwarded my call to a "higher level" agent. After another ** minutes of waiting, the automated system hung up on me.
