My call block feature is full. How do I increase the ability to block unwanted calls? I thought that I had negotiated a lower monthly payment. It does not appear to have changed. I also do not receive a monthly hard copy of my bill. I would like to begin receiving that kind of bill. I was holding for live person to answer my questions but after two minutes, I was disconnected and have been force to call again and get to the back of the wait line.
GetHuman-mrsterre did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
