For two months now I have had terrible service with Comcast with the streaming on my TV. I call and get a Tec and they send a reset and all my services go out. That's phone*cable and internet. I have explained this to so many different Tec's. I have called almost every other day. When my services go out it is for ** min to a day and half. They have given my so many different stories. Like you have to have a Samsung TV to stream. My modem is bad they come an install a Comcast modem and it worked for two hours and then it went out. That was * hours on the phone with two different Tecs. Now they came out to my home to check the cable lines again and the Tec says it's is the hook up at the power pole which is about *** feet from my home. This Tec said he couldn't fix it and he would put in a Service order. But the one thing he didn't tell me was that I would not have services (Phone, Cable, Internet) until they came to fix it. When I called again and demanded to talk to the Service Department the Tec told me it would be two weeks before some one could come out. Now one of the number of times that I have called for help I was told that the Service people were working on getting Service to the Camp Fire will this the week before Thanksgiving and the fire was still burning and those people had no homes. I have been told so many stores it takes two pages of a letter that I would like to send but no one at Comcast can give me a name or address. Who is in charge? Santa
