I have been a customer of over ** years and today had the worse customer service experience I have ever had from any company. I read the letter from Mr Karinshak and found it to be just words. I was promised a call from a supervisor within two hours and after waiting. the call never came. I am extremely disappointed with Comcast!!! I would like to talk to Mr Karinchak about his letter to customers on the Comcast website. He can call me at *** ***-****. Barbara Cook
