Regarding acct: ****-**-***-********On ******** we paid $***.** and now I have scheduled through my bank another payment for $***.** on ********. This can't be right. How much do we actually owe? **Could you please excuse the $**.** late fee? We have never been late in all the years with Comcast. This probably happened because we aren't getting the bills in the mail. Could we please go back to paper?
