I'm John Browning, and my Comcast account * is **** ** *** *******. During a service outage, one of your representatives checked and advised me that my cable box was outmoded, and that he would send me a new one. When I tried to install the new one, I found it was incompatible with my TV, which is an old RCA and does not have an HDMI TV port. What I would LIKE to do is have a technician come by, and deliver and install a cable box that works with my TV. Is this possible? Incidentally, I live in Charlottesville, Va., and there are a couple of Comcast offices in the city. Thanks very much for any assistance you can give me.
