Hi, my data usage is crazy! We are using **% on an a arrange of every * days if not more. I’ve paused our TV’s at night, do not run much in the daytime, no WiFi on our cell phones, no gaming devices and try to keep up on the X* app. I shouldn’t have to continue to monitor. I’ve checked to make sure no one is hacking. Our amazon firestick on * TV’s should not be pulling that much data. Could you please check into this situation? I’ve called twice and have been told to monitor. It’s a pain I’m going to have to switch to another internet service if this isn’t resolved.
