I just contacted Comcast with a question about my new *-year bill. I did not want to pay any more in my new *-year contract. I called a month ago and was told my bill would not rise. I received it and it had gone up $**. I talked to Matt in Customer Solutions (Code: N!*). He was fantastic. My bill was rolled back to a little less than whar we were paying for the next two years and some new things were put on my account that I never had before. Now this is what I call CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS! Thanks to Comcast and to Matt for keeping me as Comcast customer for the next two years.
