Put my account on vacation hold while i was not staying at the residence ... Called on August **th *****Talked to Comcast rep about starting my accoint on vacation hold.*He never followed through with putting my account on the vacation hold when I returned to my residence two months later I received an outstanding bill from Comcast so I called customer service they told me there's nothing they can do because somebody was using my internet which could have been anyone for my brother's to my neighbor I didn't know I had to tell all of them my account was supposed to be on vacation hold.*So I went into the local Comcast Support Center which is ** minutes away from me.*Was told by the manager that she would have the recorded call from me and the representative on August **th sent it to her email and she would contact me in ** hours which she failed to do a week later I went back to the Comcast service center and spoke with her and she said she never received anything back from corporate she would put in a new request she gave me another ticket number and told me she would contact me in ** hours that was over a week ago and now I just received another bill which is almost $*** more than the last bill they are still charging me for no service no vacation hold nothing I am so upset I don't know what to do I really need help and I don't know who to call
There is not ONE person at Com ast who can help with this matter.*Their responce is for me to just pay the outrageous bill
I want my bill adjusted back to when my acct was originally supposed to be on vacation hold. *I want corporate to contact me *They all ready cut my service and i do not want my acct in collections over a mistake on comcast part*This is terrible treatmemt to a good customer
Have had service for over * years.*Almost always ontime with payments
I have called over * times and talked to representatives about this matter. *Which for some insane reason there are no notes on my account even though I sat on hold while the representative told me they were leaving notes on my account about my concerns*I haven't driven to the local Comcast Center and talk to the manager twice have been told I will receive a call in ** hours * weeks have gone by and nothing
