Last week I called comcast to see about lowering my bill. I was given a price of $ ***.***month. I told the agent I wanted to discuss it with my wife first. He told me the bundle he proposed would be available for a few days. This bundle included the cable news outlets and sports packages to include NESN for the TV, Internet service, as well as telephone service. **After discussing the proposal with my wife, I called Comcast to go forward with the Comcast proposal and was told that the best bundle I could get would actually cost $ ****month. The agent I spoke to today told me that she saw the proposal but that the other agent apparently did not know what they were talking about. I thought I was calling to accept the proposal only to be lectured about the wonderful services that Comcast provides and how fortunate I was to receive them. And by the way, the best bundle deal would cost me $ ****month. Surprising discussion which left me, as a very long standing Comcast customer with a bad taste. **Seems to me that it is not right for Comcast to do something like this and maybe even unethical. Your customer service leaves much to be desired - at least with this customer. **I would like to be contacted with an explanation of why Comcast so blatantly disregarded the original proposal. **Thank you.**Ralph Negron
