Concerning the late fee of $** on my Oct statement--my husband has been responsible for paying all the bills. As you can see we have always paid on time and in full however my husband has been showing signs of dementia and I just realized that he can no longer be trusted to pay the bills. I paid the last bill * days before the due date so that may also incur a late fee if it does not arrive in time. Would you please waive these late fees and I will make it a point to pay all future bills on time?
