The issue in GetHuman-myimpact's own words
We are experiencing extra charges on our account that could not be explained by customer service. The sales rep told us that we would be paying $**.** each month before tax that was on our contract and we were supposed to receive our first month free if we signed up with him. We did not receive a month free and are paying a higher rate each month. We cancelled our old services for $*** to make the switch and now we are not receiving what we were told. The charges are also not right. Our services were set up on July **th, and We were charged $**.**, $**.** in august and july that the customer service guy wasn't able to see. Now we need to find out how to solve the current problem of fees and extra charges on our account. Our sales rep, David Bovie told us he would set up autopay and he had our card information. But the customer service said it was not set up. Please let me know if you can help us out. Thank you.
