an order is placed on October * , **** for my account downgrade as i cant afford to pay the huge bills i get every month form your office. i spoke with one of your staff as i made her to understand the fact that currently i have no job. then we agreed on bills of $**.*** month. but your office bridge the agreement and bill me ***.** dollars as at october *, ****. can u explain why this, after our downgrade agreement. and i have a proof and copy of the agreemenrt with me
