My name is Lela Daehnke and I*was having an internet problem. I called to get help many times. A few hours later someone from your company called me back named Stacey. I'm am retired from Verizone Telephone. Had anyone there talked to a customer in the manner Stacey talked to me (remember I'm the customer) and a supervision heard them they would have sent (Stacey) home for the day without pay! It was as despicable as I have ever been talked to from a service rep from any company. Someone named Michael called me back and was very respectful who wanted to talk about my call with Stacey. This Stacey should not be talking to any of your customers "EVER"!!! If there were any other cable companies I had access too I would have arranged for their service just because of this woman Stacey. You can be sure I will be calling the Maryland Public Service about your service at Comcast. No customer should be treated like this. I expect to be called back with a sincere apology from Comcast management! ***-***-,****
