I CALLED TO HAVE THE TV SERVICE REMOVED FROM MY BILLING AND PUT ON PERFORMANCE INTERNET FOR **.** PER MONTH WITH AGREEMENT *i WAS TOLD THAT AS A EXISTING CUSTOMER THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE..* THE ONLY SOLUTION AVAILABLE WAS FOR ME TO SHUT MY EXISTING SERVICE OFF AND THEN REAPPLY AS A NEW CUSTOMER. THIS SOUNDS REDICULOUS TO ME.*I ONLY USE MY TV MAYBE ** DAYS THIS YEAR AND YOU JUST KEEP INCREASING THE MONTHLY SO THIS WILL FORCE ME IN nOVEMBER WHEN I AM IN fL. TO SHUT MY SERVICE OFF WITH YOU...YOU OFFER NO ALTERNATIVE AND YOUR CHEAPEST BUNDLE WITH TV ADDS ON A *.** BROADCAST FEE FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT NEED
