The issue in GetHuman-joyjerx's own words
**** Beacon Street*Brookline, MA, ******October **, *******I have not been able to receive any calls on my cordless telephone (***-***-****) evidenced by the number of missed calls recorded by Comcast. On *********, I brought the phone to Best Buy where it was purchased to determine the problem. Best Buy replaced the battery which was dead. At home, I returned the phone to its base which I plugged in. I am still unable to send or receive calls because the phone shows "No line." It is not inconceivable that the phone is plugged into the wrong line because of the web of lines left by Comcast technicians when its services were installed. **I tried the chat line but as soon the staff realized that I was not referring to a smart phone, the conversation stopped. I tried to use my cell phone (a stand by) but my address, telephone number, and four last digits of my social security number were not recognized by Comcast**Regrettably, I could have had my problem fixed by AT@T which has an office on Beacon Street, Brookline, a-block from where I live, because I am not a customer. **I would appreciate getting an email or call on my cell phone (***-***-****) from Comcast to schedule a visit and time when for a technician to fix the problem.**Thank You,*Joyce James
