The TV is plays fine and then all of a sudden the screen freezes then it goes black and then a message comes up telling me sorry for the inconvenience and that Comcast is working on it but this is been going on for weeks and then as a code for the problem * to * it freezes up over and over again it's very frustrating I have unplugged and reset I have tried redoing everything I have checked the wires I have called you people several times about it and it still is happening
