Want to speak with someone about our past due account. I am trying to avoid interruption of our Comcast account. It is past due and I want to make payment arrangements with Comcast over the next few weeks to bring our account current with Comcast. I am wanting to do a promise to pay beginning on the **th and so on and so fourth until it is in current status. I thought I was already chatting with someone and it didn’t successfully go through for some reason!
GetHuman-deenacre did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
