All I wanted to do is take my home phone off my account they told me that was ok but it would not change the amount of the bill ever month not unless I sign a new contract and then I will save **.** dollars a month but to do that I had to sign a new contract for * years but after that in one year my DVR service will go up that was the best they could do . Why can’t I in the contract keep the DVR for * years if it is a new contract?
