The issue in GetHuman-kayliepr's own words
We want to cancel our subscription. We are out of our * year contract. It has been * years and * month. We will gladly pay last month's bill. When I call they keep telling me I cannot cancel because that department is closed. I am entitled to cancel my subscription. When I call during "open hours" I cannot talk to anyone who says they can cancel it. They keep saying they cannot cancel because that isn't their job yet they transfer me and I am very clear I am canceling. They also keep saying that department is closed.
GetHuman-kayliepr did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
