I think im being treated unfair. I moved from my old address on apr **th called in on may *nd to change my cable plan from the hotel didnt move into my new place until june *st got the new equipment the store informed me i didnt owe anything on my old bill when i payed the $*** got a bill in the mail it had a old balance of $*** from old address lady on the phone put in memo she explained to me about my bill she told me she put in a request to the credit department to adjust my bill called in to a supervisor she had a smart mouth even when i asked her to listen to the recording of the lady saying i would be credited and she refused. I think comcast should honor what that lady told me even tho she lied to me and didnt put that on the memo.
