I continue trying to reach a human being who can and will actually help. Keep getting off-site reps who either can’t or won’t help. ... *weeks later, I’m still trying to get through. I’m going to end up canceling my service (after *** years), because I’m completely out of patience with an organization known more for customer disservice than customer care. Still waiting for a call from Comcast retention and*or loyalty department. ***-***-****. Please have someone from above departments call me ASAP. Thanks.
This is extremely frustrating because I’m pretty much home bound since my surgery in May, and now I’m being scheduled for two more major surgeries before the end of this year.
By *) answering the phone* *) transferring me to someone with the knowledge and ability to help. * *) keeping hold times under ** minutes* *) returning calls as promised *I could go on, but I’m beginning to sense that it’s useless.
Ive been a Comcast customer for over ** years.
Call every day. Trying to find someone who can take me to a service center (did I mention I’m basically housebound due to health issues?). Watching Hulu, Amazon Prime, and reading a lot. Crying and being completely frustrated for months.
