Get a stolen phone removed from my account ... I have several issues. My most urgent one is my Xfinity Mobile account. One of the iPhone X's (the Space Gray one) has been stolen. I was uncertain this was the case and so had the service suspended. Only the data plan was suspended. I still paid the monthly payment and the insurance monthly. Today I had to admit the iPhone X (Space Gray) is actually stolen. I am not in need of another one, do not want to pay the ridicilous amount Assurant wants for a replacement of any phone, much less one of these, and have asked to have this STOLEN device removed from my account. I am told that is impossible. I am aware it is not impossible. It is not only possible, but the only fair resolution to this situation. I am at my wits end with Comcast*Xfinity service and am ready to cancel all three phones on my account, my other Comcast Services, and dispute the claim when it comes through my credit report, or just let it sit for seven years. I am extremely frustrated. Please call me at ***-***-****. I am presently working on my complaints to the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and various other agencies in relation to this matter. *Thank you.
I will cancel every service I have with them and write bad reviews everywhere I can. This is especially frustrating because of the time and money it will take to do so.
