The issue in GetHuman-karpet's own words
We had a *-* hour outage in early July and since then our email has been spotty. Sometimes it will connect, sometimes it won't and after connecting, it disconnects randomly. The tech came out and checked inside the house for issues and found low levels on the cable. He wanted to put a booster on, but I said I think the problem is outside because we never had an issue until the outage. He checked at the trunk line in the back yard and found the level low . He made a report and said I would receive a follow up call after it was fixed. It went out again on ******. I'd like some monetary compensation for these issues. I find it ironic that a company that provides email services doesn't have an email contact for the company! They used to have one, I'm guessing their service is so bad that they couldn't keep up with the complaints.
GetHuman-karpet did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
