Ask why my service was not working ... Your customer service is very rude, non cooperative, and down right pathetic. I work all day long, in the hot blazing sun, therefore my wife takes cate of the bills amd such. She calls me to say that not * but * of your c.s. reps would not allow her to discuss our bill. This has never been an issue before in the * years that we've had your service, so ahe was a bit surprised when now all of a sudden she was told that. Especially since ahe just changed oir services less than a month ago. How can ahe change services on our account, pay from her own personal checking account and or credit cards but yet ahe was told that ahe can not be given information on the account? Doeant really make sense to me. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service you provide. I will be looking into other cable needs.
Is that its frustrating for one that o cant underatand them, and that they dont listwn to the issue.
