GetHuman-ponz's customer service issue with Comcast from July 2018

Help with my Comcast issue
Service stopped at **:** a.m. I have one large box and one satellite box the large box works but the satellite box does not a signal was sent to that little box and I was told after *:** that I would get a phone call and my service would be restored I tried calling just now for tech support and I got on hold three times and the call was discontinued
I trust that Comcast will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
