To have an extension granted ... I have had financial difficulties over the past few months due to hospital, doctor's bills and prescription prices. My wife is handicapped and her medicines run over $*** each month. We are retired and live on fixed Social Security payments. We get one check on the *th Wednesday of the month, and the other on the *rd of the month. This month, the first check is received on the **th, well past the date to pay the past due amount. I asked, as I have had to do the last few months, for an extension* you have thankfully granted this. This month, however the extension only goes to July **, * days before SS is received. Is there anyway possible to avoid having service disconnected for * days by extending the extension by * days? *I would really appreciate it. Thank you
Very embarrassing to have to ask for this.
Grant a * day extension, or work out a payment plan, or change my due date to coincide with receipt of a SS payment.
I have been a customer for sometime and, eventually, pay my bill.
