fill out this form but i put in the wrong number for you to text me. when I try to correct it still goes back to the wrong number. my bad. how do I solve this ... the picture on the tv with the main cable box keeps freezing. *rd time this week. When I finally get to a human it can be fixed. I spend more time with the automated service going over my bill, then they say they will shoot a signal and it will take ** minutes. never works. I keep repeating, customer assistance!!!! It can take ** minutes until I talk to someone.
GetHuman-marlxoxo did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
